Kim Kelly's passion for a healthy lifestyle began more than 20 years ago after moving to Southern California. Her desire to be outside and moving, lead to a love of running.
I wasn't long before Kim committed herself in the fitness industry.
While today, much of her focus is in outdoor circuit training, Kim has taught, and is certified in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Bootcamp, TRX, and indoor cycling.
She continues to teach group fitness classes, individual one-on-one and small group training, along with nutritional consulting.
Her greatest joy is not only seeing a client experience results for the first time, but watching their self confidence grow as a result.
The belief that positive energy not only has physical benefits, but emotional ones as well - is at the core of Kim's mission to INSPIRE & MOTIVATE PEOPLE while making it FUN!!
